Noise issues from other guests!!! Street noise disrupts peace!!! Room maintenance could use improvement, especially with plumbing!!! Pool was closed during my stay, causing disappointment!!! Digital key functionality was inconsistent!!!

I had a delightful stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Artesia. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, offering us cookies upon check-in and even water bottles. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, with fresh towels available. The breakfast had a lovely variety, including freshly baked goods and ample coffee options.

my stay was almost decent, but the sewage gas smell was absolutely appalling, talk about a welcome! also, the pet fee charged without prior warning is simply ludicrous, did I check in at a flea market? i expected an apology or some upgrade, but i guess that would ve been too much to ask for. absolutely ridiculous.

I enjoyed the clean and comfortable rooms. The indoor pool facilities provided great relaxation after a long day. The breakfast had a delicious and varied selection that kept me energized for my travels.
