Noise issues from other guests!!! Street noise disrupts peace!!! Room maintenance could use improvement, especially with plumbing!!! Pool was closed , causing disappointment!!! Digital key functionality was inconsistent!!!

Booked a room for handicap-very spacious. The breakfast was satisfactory with sausage and also fresh fruit and frequently replenished. The location of the property was favourable and perfect, in the Artesia area. The service was great!

Well, Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

It's a brand-new hotel with reasonably large and impressive rooms. The location is good and perfect, 1 mile from Bulldog Bowl Stadium.

Everything was fantastic!

The complimentary fresh fruit and beverages in the lobby were a nice touch, perfect for a quick snack on the go.

The noise from the street was quite disruptive, making it difficult to get a good night's rest.

Spacious double queen room suited for handicap. Breakfast included mango smoothies and fruit salad, a pleasant surprise.

Pet charge of $75 wasn't disclosed until after check-in. Loud stomping noises from the floor above made it tough to catch some Z's, and street noise added to the disruption. Consistent sewage gas smell in the bathroom was a major downer during multiple visits.

The fitness center was awesome with above-average equipment, and the breakfast staff was friendly and promptly provided coffee early.

Significant noise disturbances from other guests impacted comfort and the pool was occasionally closed, limiting relaxation options.

Recommend for a weekend trip

Clean room, friendly staff, equipped fitness center, and a great breakfast with a good variety of fresh options made our stay enjoyable, all complemented by the convenient location just 52 km from the nearest airport.

The staff were friendly, offering us cookies upon check-in and even water bottles. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, with fresh towels available. The breakfast had a lovely variety, including freshly baked goods and ample coffee options.

The pet fee charged without prior warning is ludicrous, did I check in at a flea market? I expected an apology or some upgrade, but i guess that would ve been too much to ask for. Absolutely ridiculous.

I enjoyed thevery comfy and tidy rooms. The indoor pool facilities provided great relaxation after a long day. The breakfast had a delicious and varied selection that kept me energized for my travels.
